The caucus that convenes under the name of Marcus Garvey is the most Conservative Arm of the Let's Define Progress Conference. Inspired by Marcus Garvey, this House believes in the power of the Black Nation and its ability to utilize or grow that power better when organized independently from the influence of other social orders or communities.
